Introduction

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Own Payment Methods Only: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may trigger a compliance review.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each method and account tier. These limits are displayed within your account area and are subject to review at any time.
• Processing Times: Deposit processing times vary by method; e-wallet and DuitNow transfers typically credit the account more quickly than FPX bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks and may take additional time to process depending on account status.
• Currency: The Platform operates in MYR. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the account holder.

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only, subject to the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a turnover requirement, which must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage of the account registration or KYC process;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Using or attempting to use software bots, artificial intelligence tools, automated wagering programmes or any device that confers an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing joker188 staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, the Platform's back-end systems or any administrative functions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the joker188 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, code and software — is the property of joker188 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download or copy account information or Platform code for the benefit of a third party;
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering tools;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of joker188.

Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joker188 and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

joker188's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

Suspension and Termination

joker188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, identity fraud or money laundering;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Unusual wagering patterns that suggest exploitation of a pricing error or system vulnerability;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• At the User's own request, including for responsible-gambling self-exclusion purposes.

Upon account closure by joker188 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, pending bonuses or winnings derived from bonus play that remains subject to turnover conditions may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture conditions will be returned through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times and KYC requirements.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the joker188 support team. Self-exclusion requests should be made through the Responsible Gambling channel and will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.
